Shipping Policy

Australian Orders

SAINT SHADE orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer Standard Domestic Shipping (4-8 Business Days) for a flat rate of $10.00 AUD and Express Domestic Shipping (1-2 Business Days) for a flat rate of $15.00 AUD.

Free standard shipping is available for Australian orders over $100.

International Orders

SAINT SHADE orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer Standard Domestic Shipping (8-12 Business Days) for a flat rate of $20.00 AUD. 

We ship internationally on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis and are not responsible for customs, duties and taxes for international customers. If you choose to refuse delivery due to these fees there will be a $50.00 AUD return fee deducted your order which will be processed as a store credit. This return fee covers the return shipping and fees. 

Dispatch Times

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed as SAINT SHADE cannot guarantee that your order will not encounter delays within the shipping network.

After your order has been placed online, you will receive an order confirmation email. 

Once your order has been marked as shipped, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be active.

Change of Address

Kindly ensure you input the correct address as we cannot accept liability due to incorrect details. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address once your order has been shipped. If your order has been shipped and an address change is required, please reach out to the shipping provider to amend this.
